JoyInAIGC's terms — service, accounts, subscription billing and auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, acceptable use, AI content and liability. v1.0 · effective 2026-07-21.

1. Introduction & acceptance

Welcome to JoyInAIGC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services — AI image and video generation — available at https://www.joyinaigc.online (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

⚠️ Important: if you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service description

2.1 What we provide

JoyInAIGC provides an AI-powered platform that lets users generate images and videos from text prompts and reference images. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.

2.2 Nature of the Service

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this instant-delivery nature, refunds are subject to the specific limits in Section 7.

2.3 AI model dependency

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers. Its performance and availability may be affected by their operational status; significant disruptions will be communicated to users.

3. Account registration

3.1 Creating an account

Using the Service requires an account created with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account security

Report any unauthorized use immediately to support@joyinaigc.online.
Do not share your credentials with any third party.
Keep your billing email address current.

3.3 Business accounts

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on its behalf.

4. Subscription plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Each plan includes a credit allowance used to generate images and videos, charged by model compute at the time of generation. Monthly plans refresh their credit allowance each month; annual plans provide their credits valid for 12 months. Current plan details and pricing are at https://www.joyinaigc.online/pricing. We may modify plan features or introduce new plans; price changes follow Section 5.1.

5. Billing & payment

5.1 Auto-renewal authorization

When you provide a payment method and subscribe to a paid plan, you expressly authorize JoyInAIGC to charge that payment method the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis. This authorization continues until you cancel under Section 6. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled; we send a reminder before each annual renewal.

5.2 Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit them.

6. Cancellation

6.1 How to cancel

Online (recommended): Account → Subscription → Cancel.
Email: send a cancellation request from your registered email to support@joyinaigc.online.

Cancellation is effective immediately; we send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.

6.2 Effect of cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
Account data is kept for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted per the Privacy Policy.

7. Refund policy

7.1 General

Because our digital service is intangible and delivered instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as below.

7.2 Refundable cases

Duplicate charges from a billing error: full refund.
Verified service outage (over 72 hours) on our side: pro-rata refund or extension.
Statutory rights: where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or refund (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), those rights are preserved.

7.3 How to request

Email support@joyinaigc.online with your account email, transaction ID and reason. We confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7.3.1 Processing fees

Where a refund is issued at your request and is not caused by an error on our side, the payment network’s processing fee charged on the original transaction is not returned to us and is therefore deducted from the refunded amount; the exact figure is disclosed when the refund is processed. Refunds under 7.2 (billing error, verified outage, statutory rights) are always made in full.

7.4 Non-refundable

Used subscription-cycle fees (except cases in 7.2).
Credits already consumed to generate content.
Annual subscription refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
Accounts closed for violating these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7.5 One-time Trial Pack

The Trial Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not auto-renew and is limited to one per account. It is non-refundable — credits are delivered to your account immediately on payment. Statutory rights under applicable law (see 7.2) are unaffected. If a refund does occur for any reason, the Trial Pack still counts as that account’s one purchase and cannot be bought again.

8. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email support@joyinaigc.online before disputing it with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI content & intellectual property

9.1 Ownership of output

Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your input (“Output”) belongs to you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose permitted by Section 10.

9.2 License to your input

By submitting content (“Input”), you grant JoyInAIGC a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.

9.3 Third-party AI models

The Service uses third-party AI model providers, which process your prompts and inputs to generate outputs. Output may be influenced by their models. We do not guarantee any specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.

9.4 Accuracy of AI output

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it.

10. Acceptable use policy

10.1 Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

10.2 Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

Sexual or NSFW content, including pornography and sexually explicit imagery.
Violent or graphic content, including gore and content that glorifies or incites violence.
Hate speech, or content that harasses, threatens or degrades individuals or protected groups.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors.
Deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonate a real person without consent, or that mislead viewers about origin or authenticity.
Content that infringes others’ copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

10.3 Other prohibited conduct

You also agree not to:

Generate illegal, defamatory or fraudulent content.
Create malware, phishing content or cyber-attack tooling.
Bypass or interfere with the Service’s security or moderation features.
Resell or sublicense access without prior written approval.
Violate any applicable law, regulation or card-scheme rule.

10.4 AI-specific prohibitions

Given the AI nature of the Service, you also agree not to:

Use the Service’s input, output, model responses or any derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill or otherwise develop any AI or ML model that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Service or JoyInAIGC’s products.
Systematically scrape or harvest model outputs at scale for any purpose beyond your own authorized use.
Represent AI-generated content as the work of a licensed professional (e.g., doctor, lawyer, financial advisor) in harmful contexts.

10.5 Reporting violations

If you find content or behavior on the Service that violates this policy, report it to support@joyinaigc.online with a link or description. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.

10.6 Content moderation & enforcement

We use a combination of automated filtering (including scanning of prompts and outputs) and human review. When we find a violation we may — depending on severity — remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account, and we report illegal material (in particular CSAM) to the relevant authorities.

11. Data, privacy & security

Your use of the Service is governed by our . Payment card data is handled exclusively by our payment partner, a PCI-DSS-compliant merchant of record, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

12.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.

12.2 AI output disclaimer

⚠️ AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not use it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI content.

12.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyInAIGC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for a serious breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. If we terminate for reasons not caused by your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion pro rata. You may delete your account anytime by contacting support@joyinaigc.online.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email support@joyinaigc.online to seek an informal resolution.

15. General provisions

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before they take effect; continued use means acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
